From the hallowed walls of Señor Lechuga's Brooklyn apartment, a new brand of hot sauce was born. It's the kind of hot sauce that doesn't sacrifice heat for flavor or vice versa, and it's the product of mad scientist-levels of experimentation and plenty of testing by way of unofficial focus groups (AKA, plying his friends with hot sauce on his rooftop). Once he created a test batch of perfected reaper-based hot sauce refined enough to sell, that's exactly what he did. It sold out immediately, and the rest is nothing but hot, hot history.
