From Ooni: - "Each type of pizza crust is unique and the temperature should be adjusted accordingly. As a baseline, Neapolitan Pizza is typically cooked around 750° - 800°F . Depending on the thickness of your crust and the amount of toppings you use, you might want to cook at a higher or lower temperature. The thicker the crust, the longer the pizza will need to cook, which means that lower temperatures will be more forgiving."
