It is fairly small so requires you to split your wood very small. It has great ventalation, getting a fire going in it was easy and it burns hot and fast. It was great for doing some smores on the driveway. It's far too small to really be useful camping and too bulky to be a useful backpacking item. But the construction is good and it works very nicely.

Great design and construction. It does what it advertising and is a nice piece. But it doesn't produce a lot of heat, unless it's loaded up and a fire is rolling. Also an issue - unless it's fully loaded with wood or pellets, it tends to smoke a bit.
