Each blade’s made from carbon steel, known to keep an edge longer and and re-sharpen easily, with a full-tang construction — i.e. the metal part continues all the way down the handle — for the perfect weight and a balanced cut. The handle itself is made from contoured, beautifully finished Honduran rosewood with a level of natural variation, and affixed to the blade via brass rivets.
