The knife is the most essential tool in any kitchen, and this Forged Chef’s Knife from Veark is built like it. Drop forged from a single piece of stainless steel in Solingen, Germany, there are no rivets, no joints, no handle materials to come loose or trap food, and every handle comes out of the forging process with its own individual pattern — no two are alike. Finished with an open handle that puts your grip right at the balance point, the way professional chefs naturally hold one.
