The kit that got it all started, the absinthe infusion set includes organic ingredients like star pod anise, fennel, licorice root, lemon peel, and more. It's got all the essentials for making 500 ml of the mystery spirit, like a stainless steel funnel, coffee filter, antique colored bottle, and instructions. The pontarlier glasses in the kit are made by La Rochere, a company that dates back to 1427. Cast out of molds from the 1900s, the pontarlier's got a gothic look that's just waiting for a visit from the green fairy. The included wormwood spoons are replicas of a design from the turn of the century. The edges of this tried-and-true standard are curved to hold ice. They're also designed to split sugar cubes and rest on the included pontarlier glass.
