A smoked, boozy tinge shines through from Tuthilltown's bourbon (makers of Hudson baby bourbon). And you’re not limited to breakfast with them, either: try it as a substitute for simple syrup in an Old Fashioned, or make it into a glaze for roasted vegetables and grilled meat.
